1. There are five standing committees in order to conduct staff 参议院 business more efficiently during the interim between staff 参议院 meetings.
   1. Committee meetings are open to all staff; however, 只有正式委员才能对委员会事项进行表决.

Information technology committee will consider and represent staff views on all significant information technology initiatives, 问题, and policies that impact the university; create and maintain the staff 参议院 website and electronic voting systems; offer technology consultation and training for staff; and consider all information technology matters brought to its attention by the staff 参议院 or the 大学管理 in collaboration with the university of Cincinnati office of information technology.
