The following step are required for an application to be complete:

This information will be used for the sole purpose of verifying the applicant's personal attributes and suitability for this nomination. Please be advised that students who have any violation on their student record will be ineligible for the PLME Award and their application will not be reviewed.

Please contact Tricia Yee for clarification on the faculty, 工作人员 and administrative designations.   Beyond the required recommendations from a faculty member and a 职员或行政人员, one 额外的 recommendation form and letter may be submitted on behalf of the student. Any recommendations submitted beyond the third submission will not be considered as part of the review process.

Recommendation forms and letters are to be submitted by the faculty, 工作人员, 或行政成员完成推荐. All recommendations are to be submitted by the application deadline.

Applicants must submit a completed application by 12:00 p.m. 2024年11月4日星期一.

All applicants must also be available for an interview with the selection committee in January or February. However, interviews will only be granted to award finalists. Dates for interviews will be given to finalists as soon as possible in January.
